Sake Sunday at Leonie #3 - Imanishiki and Karaage (Sunday 5th February)
On Sunday, February 5th, we'll be doing a side-by-side comparison tasting of three Imanishiki Junmai Ginjo plus a Honjozo and Umeshu from Yonezawa Sake Brewery in Nagano prefecture. This will be a great opportunity to get a deep dive into this new arrival and taste the different flavor profiles of each Imanishiki Junmai Ginjo. We'll be accompanied by some karaage (Japanese fried chicken). Hosted by Thomas from Sakelier.
